My journey into yoga and breathwork started in 2023. I came to the practice at a time in my life when I had experienced prolonged trauma. At that time I either gave up, or embarked on a painful journey of healing. Little did I know that that journey of healing would align my life with a higher meaning and purpose.

I am a certified inner alchemy breathwork facilitator.

Breathwork is a means of inducing an altered state of consciousness through full, connected breathing often accompanied with breath holds. We teach a breathing technique similar to the Wim Hof method as well as SOMA breathwork to draw you inward.

The benefits of breathwork include:- Reduced stress and anxiety - Improves mood and self-esteem - Helps heal from trauma and manage PTSD - Improves sleep - Helps to overcome addictions - Focusing on the present - Increases self-awareness - Increases patience and tolerance - Increases energy and boosts immunity - Improves focus - Increases creativity and imagination - Helps with pain management

Breathwork transformed my life and energy alignment. During this time I also embarked on a yoga journey. I am also now certified with Yoga Alliance. RYS200.

The journey continues and my goal is to be able to offer some of the things that have helped me transform my life to others.

I begin practicing Yoga regularly in 2010 for weight loss and toning. The benefits I received definitely exceeded my expectations. Physical, mental, and spiritual gifts are weaved throughout Yogic practices. Most of my life I had been a spiritual seeker - wanting to connect to that Divine Presence. That which I had been seeking truly resides within this body -The Door to Everything. 

Some of the changes I noticed since I began my Yoga Practice:

  • Spiritual connection grows stronger and deeper everyday
  • My desire for healthy foods became a natural choice. 
  • Inner peace has replaced reactive mind more often than not.
  •  My physical body is strong, healthy and alive.

Practicing Yoga is something I look forward to doing and am honored to share my passion with others. 

I love to delve into the Art and Science of Yoga - 8 Limbs of Yoga . Most people are only familiar with the Asanas. My classes include Meditation, Pranayama ( Breathing) as well as Asanas (postures). You will be able to focus on posture alignment at a slow pace before moving into the flow. You are invited to feel and honor your own body as you learn how to communicate with your body and soul.
